Agreement to Terms
By requesting a quote, signing a proposal, or engaging Yamill Impact Solution ("Yamill," "we," "us," or "our") for products or services, you agree to the terms described on this page. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase or engagement.
Services & Pricing
Yamill Impact Solution sells certified hurricane impact windows, doors, and glass enclosures for homes in South Florida. Quotes are based on the measurements, product selections, and site conditions confirmed during your free consultation. Final pricing is confirmed in your signed proposal before any deposit is collected, and may vary based on product specifications, glass type, hardware, and site conditions identified at the time of measurement.
Payment Terms
For full installation projects, a 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining 50% due when materials arrive at our warehouse. Orders consisting only of parts or hardware (such as handles, tracks, or replacement pieces) must be paid in full at the time of order, regardless of amount. Yamill Impact Solution does not offer financing or payment plans directly. Homeowners interested in financial assistance may be eligible for Florida's My Safe Florida Home grant program, subject to that program's own eligibility requirements — this is a state program, not financing offered by Yamill Impact Solution.
Permits & Installation
Yamill Impact Solution coordinates the permitting process on your behalf, from filing through inspection. Installation is performed by trusted, licensed installation partners — Yamill Impact Solution does not perform installation labor directly. You will have a single point of contact with our team from quote to completion.
Changes to Scope or Order
Any changes to your order after your proposal is signed — including product, quantity, or specification changes — may affect pricing and timeline, and will be confirmed with you in writing before work continues.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties for windows, doors, and glass enclosures are provided directly by the applicable product manufacturer according to their published terms. Installation workmanship is covered according to the warranty terms provided by our licensed installation partners at the time of your project. Ask your project contact for the specific warranty documentation that applies to your order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. The version posted on this page is the version in effect for new orders.
